Pricing and Services
Simple, flat rate pricing based on number of bedrooms in the home. All Residential flat rate pricing includes bedrooms, kitchen, common areas and one bathroom. Additional bathrooms can be added on at $20 per bathroom. Other add on services are available upon request. Hourly rate is $39/hr. with a minimum 2 hr. booking time. All cleaning products and supplies used will be provided by C&B Homes.
Every home is unique which means the time required for cleaning does vary.
Service beyond 25 km of Salmon Arm will incur extra fuel charge.
Clients are asked to cover the cost of parking fees.

Clean/sanitize all outside surfaces including countertops, cupboards, drawers, appliances, back splash, and stovetops.
Light dust baseboards and window sills
Clean inside sink and microwave

Vacuum and wash floors

Clean/sanitize all outside surfaces including countertop, sink, faucet, cupboards, drawers, mirror and baseboards.
Dust lighting fixture's, ceiling vent and other surfaces within reach of duster (no ladder required).
Clean/sanitize inside and outside of showers and bathtubs including showerhead, faucet, drain, tile and glass doors.
Clean/sanitize inside and outside of toilet.
Vacuum and wash floors

Common Areas
Dust/wipe all surfaces including light fixtures, lamps, ledges, ceiling fans, vents decorations, picture frames, mirrors, wall fixtures/hangings (picture frames and light switches), furniture, corners of the room, and cobwebs
Light dust baseboards and window sills, and any specifically requested areas within reach of duster length (no ladder required)
Light tidy of common rooms
Vacuum furniture, carpets, floors and underneath furniture/beds when reachable without moving
Mop all floors
Vacuum/mop stairs
